So what do we mean by the term ‘Mindfulness’? It is a word that’s used a lot but do you really know how it could help you?

Here is the actual dictionary definition:

mindfulness   ˈmʌɪn(d)f(ʊ)lnəs/     noun
1. the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.  “their mindfulness of the wider cinematic tradition”
2. a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

You can invest as much or as little time as you like into mastering this way of being….I will teach you some great methods to build mindful thinking into your everyday life. It can also help with that annoying person at work that currently gets you stressed!

Meditation is another great skill that can bring about a change in your stress levels and also help you raise your energy. Once you learn to think more mindfully, you will be more able to cope with the pressures of life. It’s the best gift to yourself ever!
